Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. Orders under $50 are charged a flat shipping rate, calculated at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days from the date of shipment. You'll receive a tracking confirmation by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Please note that we currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.

Returns

We want you and your pet to love every product. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 60 days of your purchase date — no questions asked.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of pet food supplements, we are unable to accept returns on opened or partially used products unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

To start a return, simply email us at support@ivvipet.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label and process your refund within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ivvipet.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll make it right immediately.
